At the Lantern Festival event of Hangzhou Double Bay International City, the God of Fortune appeared to send the blessings of the Year of Dragon with the dancing lion. The property management service center collected over 500 riddles for the event and also prepared freshly cooked tangyuan, lantern DIY, and prize-winning games for proprietors to fully engage in the event and share the joy of the festival.

On the fifteenth day of the first lunar month, which is the Lantern Festival of the Year of Dragon, the service center of Thousand Island Lake East Coast prepared steaming tangyuan for proprietors to wish everything round out. Frolicking Dragon Churning the Ocean
The service center of Hangzhou Central Mansion organized the “Frolicking Dragon Churning the Ocean, Joy at Lantern Festival” event where proprietors could try paper cutting, guess riddles, appreciate dragon dance, play ringtoss and running piggy, and enjoy tangyuan. The grand finale of the dragon dance performance pushed the festival atmosphere to a climax and attracted the audience to take pictures to capture the joyful moment. The dragon dance for the Year of the Dragon was just fitting and carried people’s best wishes for the Year of the Dragon with the support of the strength and wisdom of the Dragon.

“Five Fu Collection” Lantern Festival Garden Party
At the Lantern Festival Garden Party of Hangzhou Mingshi East Mansion, the “Five Fu Collection” game which is to cut, send, cast, print, and savor “Fu” (fortune) became a highlight of the event for its traditional cultural connotation and exquisite design. The “Fu” cutting, printing, and savoring were the most popular ones. In the Lantern Festival, to savor “Fu” is of course to savor tangyuan.

Cheerful Lantern Festival of the Year of Dragon
Riddle guessing is an interesting traditional custom of the Lantern Festival. A selection of riddles hung under colorful lanterns by Binjiang Property staff and Community officers attracted the attention of proprietors of Shanghai Wisdom Park. It was a fun game for both adults and children, and bursts of laughter were heard from to time at the scene. The lion dance pushed the Lantern Festival event to a climax. The neighborhood committee and the proprietor committee each elected one member to paint eyes on the lion. Nearly 300 proprietors participated in this event, which not only gave proprietors the chance to experience the traditional culture of the Lantern Festival at their doorstep but also closed the distance between neighbors.

Happy Lantern Festival, Delicious Ningbo Tangyuan
At the “Happy Lantern Festival” event of Ningbo Marina Billow Mansion, the property management service center invited a professional lion dance team to perform for proprietors, and a great cheer went up from the crowd when the couplets that read “Favorable Weather, Peaceful Nation” appeared from the mouth of the lion. The order director dressed up as the God of Fortune and distributed gold coin candies and handmade lanterns to the proprietors, wishing proprietors a prosperous future. On the fifteenth day of the first lunar month, organized by the service center, Yueqing Golden Garden had a lively and bustling Lantern Festival Party that not only continued the festive flavor of the Spring Festival but also exuded the charm of the Lantern Festival. The Party included many activities such as dragon dance, blessing of the God of Fortune, tangyuan tasting, riddle guessing, prize drawing, and molten iron fireworks. Each activity attracted a crowd of proprietors who had prizes in their arms and smiles on their faces, truly embodying the phrase “limited prizes, unlimited happiness”. Proprietors who participated in the party heap praises on the property management staff for holding such a good event with such consideration and are expecting the surprises of other events to come.

Jinhua’s Special Tangyuan with Tails for the Elderly
Tangyuan is a traditional and indispensable delicacy for the Lantern Festival. The service center of Jinhua Marqws Mansion prepared different tangyuan for proprietors of different ages. For the elderly, the service center prepared Jinhua’s traditional tangyuan which are stuffed with shiitake mushroom and meat and have small tails. “We have tangyuan in our mouths and joy in our hearts. It’s very kind of the property management staff to think about us all the time,” said the elderly proprietors. On the other hand, the colorful tangyuan prepared for children also attracted them to have more of their for their pleasant appearance. In addition to tangyuan, riddle guessing and lantern DIY were also very popular must-do activities for proprietors.

Celebrating Lantern Festival with Lantern Riddles and Tangyuan
At Quzhou Chunjiangyue, over a hundred proprietors participated in the two Lantern Festival parties held on February 22nd and 23rd. At the event, proprietors guessed lantern riddles, won prizes, and had tangyuan, filling the site with joy and laughter. The classic lantern riddle guessing was the most popular activity, where proprietors and their children wandered under the hanging lanterns, appreciating and guessing riddles. The property management staff also cooked delicious tangyuan stuffed with sesame or peanuts, which proprietors enjoyed a lot.
