In residential quarters managed by Binjiang Property in Hangzhou to Shanghai, Ningbo, Yiwu, Jinhua, and Quzhou, proprietors went all out to show their talents and wisdom to give a good stallholder performance on the big day of the flea market.

It was the first flea market experience for the proprietors of Yiwu Park One. At the flea market, the enthusiasm of children as stallholders ignited the atmosphere, and the dazzling array of goods on the stalls promoted active transactions between sellers and buyers. As a very popular event in Shanghai Park One and Shanghai Wisdom Park last year, the flea market met the anticipating proprietors again this year as scheduled as their old friend. Children as small stallholders energetically cried out for customers and tried their best to sell their goods, such as books, toys, and daily necessities, and successfully found new owners for their idle items. The joyful sounds at the scene were like jumping notes that turned the flea market into a vibrant piece of music. From the perspective of the property management staff, this flea market has, to a certain extent, made a small contribution to the growth of GDP.

Some of your idle items may be treasures of others. Through exchanging, many children receive books, learning supplies, calligraphy and painting works, toys, and other items that they treasure a lot. Here at the flea market of the residential quarter, children earned their first bucket of gold. In Hangzhou Lansong’aofu, a small stallholder said, “I sold toys and books and earned myself money. I’m so happy!” In Ningbo Marina Billow Mansion, a stall selling homemade baozi and snacks earned over 600 yuan in a day, topping the sales chart that day. The good taste of the food earned praise from the customers.
