Every single leaf and twig carries affection. As the Spring Festival of the Year of Dragon is soon to come, many loving proprietors and proprietor committees in various residential quarters extend their regards to the front-line Binjiang Property staff, becoming the warmest story this winter.
Hangzhou Myriad Mansion
On February 3rd, the proprietor committee of Hangzhou Myriad Manion, on behalf of all proprietors, sent red packets to the front-line Binjiang Property staff to extend their Spring Festival greetings. Since its establishment in 2021, the proprietor committee has got along well with the property management team and proprietors. The property management staff were very excited about the red packets and it was the second time that they received the Lunar New Year red packets from the proprietor committee.
Director Zhang of the proprietor committee said that the red packets conveyed the proprietors’ care for the property management staff and also their affirmation of property management staff’s work of creating a harmonious and warm neighborhood environment. In addition, silk banners were also awarded to outstanding property management workers as a token of encouragement. According to the property service center, the recognition from the proprietor committee and proprietors will be a motivation for the property management staff to redouble their efforts and work even harder to serve the proprietors well.
Hangzhou Jiangnanyufu
It is in the cold of the year that goodwill brings the most warmth to our hearts. On February 3rd, the property service center of Hangzhou Jiangnanyufu received Lunar New Year gifts from the proprietor committee, including Lunar New Year gift boxes, instant noodles, and self-heating meals. The proprietor committee as the representative of all proprietors has, for three consecutive years, extended warmth to the property staff holding fast to their positions during the Spring Festival. With these gifts, the proprietor committee also hopes the property management staff will remain dedicated in the upcoming year and work together to create a better community. The property management staff of Jiangnanyufu will not disappoint the proprietors' trust and will continue to upgrade their services to build a beautiful and harmonious home for all.
Hangzhou Lansong’aofu
The second proprietor committee of Hangzhou Lansong’aofu brought fruits and Hangzhou specialty sauced duck to the property service center before the Spring Festival to express their gratitude for the diligent efforts that Binjiang Property staff has put in the past year into improving the service quality and creating a comfortable, safe, and harmonious living environment for the proprietors. The gifts from the proprietor committee show proprietors’ recognition and are an incentive for the property management staff to continue to provide quality and warm services for the proprietors in return for proprietors’ trust.
Hangzhou Hangyuan Imperial Mansion
Recently, each member of the property management team of Hangyuan Imperial Mansion property service team was pleasantly surprised to receive a Lunar New Year gift package consisting of a box of apples, a box of tangerines, and a box of instant noodles from the proprietor committee.
Since its founding in September 2023, the proprietor committee of Hangyuan Imperial Manion has been very cooperative with the property service work and witnessed and remembered in mind the hard work of the frontline property management staff. On the first day of Winter Solstice, the proprietor committee members gave out food and hot drinks to the frontline property management staff who held their positions on the cold winter night. The special note on the food bags reading “You are also a part of my family” deeply touched the property management staff and also made the property management staff believe that with a grateful heart, they will encounter all things gently.

Hangzhou Xixi Star
Mr. Han’s calligraphy “Shou” (protection) for the property service center
On February 1st, Mr. Han, a caring proprietor of Hangzhou Xixi Star, brought a calligraphy work to the property service center. It is a Chinese character “Shou” (protection) that he wrote for the year 2023. Before this, Mr. Han had written three Chinese characters, namely, “An” (peace), “Nuan” (warmth), and “Li” (stand) for the property management team for the years 2020, 2021, and 2022 respectively. “Proprietors and property management staff are co-dependent. It is with a better property management team that we can better protect our home,” said Mr. Han to the property service center. He hopes the calligraphy work could always remind proprietors and property management staff to work together to safeguard the beauty and tranquility of the residential quarter. Besides, like in previous years, Mr. Han also prepared red packets for Lunar New Year purchases for the front-line property management staff who will remain on duty during the Spring Festival, hoping they can have a happy Spring Festival in the Year of Dragon.
In such a season to celebrate the Lunar New Year and usher in the Year of the Dragon, Binjiang Property is very grateful to proprietor committees and loving proprietors for caring about the front-line Binjiang Property staff.
